AI Notice

Where AI Is Used

RoleBolt may use AI to infer search keywords, rank role fit, tailor resume drafts, draft recruiter outreach, generate interview prep, extract proof points, and summarize application context.

Which AI Providers We Use

RoleBolt uses OpenAI and Anthropic as AI service providers. Both process data in the United States. They act as our processors under contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not use your data to train generalized AI models. See the Subprocessors page for the full list.

What May Be Sent To AI Providers

Depending on the action, RoleBolt may send resume text, job descriptions, selected proof points, profile preferences, and generated draft context to these providers. Because resumes are free text, anything you include in yours may be sent — so avoid including information you would not want processed by a third party.

Human Review Required

AI output can be wrong, incomplete, biased, outdated, or too confident. Review and edit every generated resume, email, application answer, and interview note before using it.

No Sensitive Claims

Do not rely on AI to invent or answer sensitive eligibility, immigration, disability, background, compensation, protected-class, or legal/compliance questions. Answer those yourself.

No Hidden Submission

RoleBolt should not submit applications or send outreach without a clear user action and review step. If automation features are enabled later, they should remain explicit and reversible.
