We are Mayur Maed, doing business as RoleBolt ("Company," "we," "us," "our"), a sole proprietorship based in India at Sector-62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201309.

We operate the website https://rolebolt.com (the "Site"), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

RoleBolt is a job-search and application workspace that discovers relevant job openings, ranks them against a user's resume, and uses third-party AI services to generate tailored resumes, outreach messages, and interview preparation for the user to review. Optional features allow RoleBolt to send outreach on the user's behalf and to prepare and submit applications to employers. RoleBolt is currently offered as a free beta.

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Mayur Maed, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. If you do not agree with all of these Legal Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.

We will provide you with prior notice of material changes to these Legal Terms by email before they take effect, sent to the address associated with your account. By continuing to use the Services after the effective date of any change, you agree to be bound by the modified terms.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.

The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation, or which would subject us to any registration requirement within such jurisdiction or country. Those persons who choose to access the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations. If your interactions would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, text, and graphics (collectively, the "Content"), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). Our Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Legal Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the Services and to download or print a copy of any portion of the Content to which you have properly gained access, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

Except as set out in this section, no part of the Services and no Content or Marks may be copied, reproduced, aggregated, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted, distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. Your content.You retain full ownership of the resumes, profile information, and other content you upload or provide ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited licence to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Services for you — including sending it to the third-party AI providers described in our Privacy Policy, and transmitting it to employers where you direct us to do so. This licence exists only for as long as we retain Your Content, and it does not permit us to sell, publish, or licence Your Content to others for their own purposes.

Feedback. If you send us questions, comments, suggestions, or other feedback about the Services, you agree that we may use that feedback for any purpose without acknowledgment or compensation to you.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• all registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete;
• you will maintain the accuracy of such information and update it as necessary;
• you have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Legal Terms;
• you are at least 18 years old;
• you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means;
• you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose; and
• your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services.

You may be required to register to use the Services. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that it is inappropriate or otherwise objectionable.

RoleBolt is currently offered free of charge as a beta service. We do not process payments and do not collect payment card or billing information. If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will publish separate billing and refund terms and give you notice before any charges apply.

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in any job application or outreach message sent through the Services.
• Use the Services to apply for jobs, or send outreach, on behalf of any person other than yourself.
• Scrape or bulk-extract job listings, contact information, or other data from the Services.
• Circumvent, or cause RoleBolt to circumvent, the terms of use of any employer, job board, or applicant tracking system.
• Sell or otherwise transfer your profile or account.
• Use the Services to advertise or offer to sell goods and services.
• Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Trick, defraud, or mislead us or other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as passwords.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services.
• Use any information obtained from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Make improper use of our support services or submit false reports of abuse or misconduct.
• Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Services.
• Upload or transmit viruses, Trojan horses, or other material that interferes with the use, features, functions, operation, or maintenance of the Services.
• Engage in any automated use of the system, including using scripts, data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.
• Attempt to impersonate another user or person.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or connected networks.
• Harass, annoy, intimidate, or threaten any of our employees or agents.
• Attempt to bypass any measures designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services.
• Copy or adapt the Services' software.
• Except as permitted by applicable law, decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising the Services.
• Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.

The Services allow you to submit feedback and support messages to us. These submissions are private to your account and to us; the Services do not offer public posting, comments, forums, or profiles visible to other users.

When you make a submission, you represent and warrant that it:

• does not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party;
• is not false, inaccurate, or misleading;
• is not unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or solicitation;
• is not obscene, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable;
• does not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule; and
• does not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.

You may link your RoleBolt account to a Google account in order to sign in, and separately to allow RoleBolt to send outreach messages on your behalf. Sending uses a send-only permission: we do not read, store, or transfer your mailbox contents, and we do not access your contacts or address book.

Your relationship with Google is governed solely by your agreement with Google. You may disconnect the connection at any time. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The Services contain links to third-party websites, including job postings, employer career pages, and applicant tracking systems. We do not investigate, monitor, or check such third-party websites or content for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness, and we are not responsible for them. Inclusion of, or linking to, any third-party website does not imply approval or endorsement by us. If you access third-party websites, you do so at your own risk and their terms and policies govern.

We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: monitor the Services for violations of these Legal Terms; take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the law or these Legal Terms; refuse, restrict, or disable access to any of your submissions; remove content that is excessive in size or burdensome to our systems; and otherwise manage the Services in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and facilitate their proper functioning.

We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy at https://rolebolt.com/privacy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Legal Terms.

The Services are hosted in the United States and Singapore. If you access the Services from any other region with laws governing personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from those countries, then by continuing to use the Services you are transferring your data to the United States and Singapore and consent to it being processed there.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that any material available on or through the Services infringes upon a copyright you own or control, please notify us immediately at contact@rolebolt.com. Please be advised that under applicable law you may be held liable for damages if you make material misrepresentations in such a notification.

These Legal Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion and without notice or liability, to deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant contained in these Legal Terms or of any applicable law or regulation. We may terminate your use or participation in the Services or delete your account at any time, in our sole discretion.

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@rolebolt.com. We will action deletion requests within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion. We have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we have no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by your inability to access or use the Services during any downtime or discontinuance.

These Legal Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and Mayur Maed irrevocably consent that the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory protections that cannot be derogated from by agreement, nothing in these Legal Terms deprives you of those protections.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms shall be resolved by the courts identified in the Governing Law section above. Before initiating proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at contact@rolebolt.com so that we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.

There may be information on the Services that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update the information on the Services at any time, without prior notice.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE SERVICES' CONTENT OR THE CONTENT OF ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO THE SERVICES, INCLUDING JOB LISTINGS AND EMPLOYER INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES.

Nothing in these Legal Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO USD 100.00.

Certain state and international laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers or limitations may not apply, and you may have additional rights.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our agents and representatives, from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable legal fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of: your use of the Services; your breach of these Legal Terms; any breach of your representations and warranties; your violation of the rights of a third party; or any information you submitted to an employer through the Services.

We maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform routine backups, you are solely responsible for retaining your own copies of any content you consider important. You agree that we have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of such data.

Visiting the Services, sending us emails, and completing online forms constitute electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communication be in writing.

RoleBolt uses third-party artificial intelligence services to generate tailored resumes, outreach messages, interview preparation, and job-match rankings. All AI-generated content is a draft. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any generated content before submitting it to an employer or any third party. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading. RoleBolt does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not responsible for the consequences of submitting it without review.

RoleBolt is a job-search and application tool. It does not guarantee that you will receive interviews, job offers, employment, or any response from an employer. RoleBolt is not an employment agency, recruiter, or staffing service, does not act as your agent in any employment relationship, and has no control over employers' hiring decisions, timelines, or processes.

Where you enable optional features that allow RoleBolt to submit applications or send outreach messages on your behalf, you remain solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted in your name. You authorise RoleBolt to transmit that information to employers, job boards, and applicant tracking systems as directed by you. You must not use these features to apply on behalf of another person or to submit false or misleading information. RoleBolt is not responsible for employers' handling of information once submitted.

These Legal Terms and any policies posted by us on the Services constitute the entire agreement between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Legal Terms does not operate as a waiver. We may assign any or all of our rights and obligations to others at any time. We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, or failure to act caused by any cause beyond our reasonable control. If any provision is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. No joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between you and us as a result of these Legal Terms.
